Defined Movement Floors in Singapore

Laying a defined movement floor in SingaporeCoGri Asia Pacific recently completed a Defined Movement floor construction job at a warehouse building in Tuas Industrial area Singapore for a Swiss company, leaders in research-focused healthcare with combined strengths in pharmaceuticals and diagnostics.

The project comprised constructing a 80mm thick topping slab, to comply with the UK Concrete Society’s TR-34 Table 4.2 Defined Movement Specifications “Category 1”. The total floor casting area was 576.5m2.

In addition, CoGri installed the wire guidance for the BT trucks (with a total length of 154 linear meters) and conducted floor flatness and levelness compliance testing to Category 1 limits upon completion.
