SUPERFLAT MIDDLE EAST
The CoGri Group has come a long way since it’s first project in the Middle East in 1998.
FACE Middle East Fzc was set up in 2007 in Dubai, UAE, to manage the business in the Gulf region and act as a direct liaison office between the client and the UK head office. FACE Middle East was very successful in taking the Group’s services to the Middle Eastern market and, to accommodate the ever increasing demand for CoGri Group’s construction services, CoGri Middle East LLC was formed in 2011.

CoGri Middle East is part of the UK based company CoGri Group which has 34 years of global experience in the Design, Construction and Upgrading of Industrial Concrete Floors.
Superflat Floors
The CoGri Group of Companies have been involved in providing Superflat floors in the Middle East since 1998. In 2016 CoGri Middle East LLC and Osis Group entered in to a partnership to better serve the Saudi Arabian region. Whilst CoGri Middle East remained focused on the UAE and wider Middle Eastern region, offering the wide range of services for which they were renowned within the industry, Osis Group continued operating from their base in Qatar and maintained their continued growth offering a wider range of services in cooperation with CoGri Middle East.
New Approach
In our formative years, the technology for laying high tolerance floors was not available which led to most floors being laid by general contractors then ground up to specifications using the Laser Grinder® System. Within a few years, we introduced a new approach to achieving better quality floors by working with main contractors, utilising resources and supervising projects. Although tolerances were not guaranteed the general floor flatness was dramatically increased which resulted in less grinding.
